One of the things we started to think about was the location. We needed a city as this is the most common place you will find a 'homeless man'. We straight away knew that London would be the ideal place to film at.
After typing in on Google "Oxford Street" I soon began to realise that this would not be a very good place as it is extremely over-crowded and it would be very difficult to film at because of this. Another location I thought of was Marble Arch. Jak, someone in my group, said that this would not be a good location as it is too "tourist like" and it isn't a stereotypical place for a homeless man to sleep with classic corner shops.
Once I had this talk with Jak, I thought Piccadilly Circus would be another location to research. The picture, below, is a picture we all loved the look at as we thought it would be an ideal shot to use when it comes to our filming. Our whole group could just picture our actor situated at the back of this shot.
We also need to think of a location for our shop. The simple thing we need to do is film EVERYTHING in London and when we are ready to film in the shop we can just go home and film another day inside. The reason behind this is because we only need the inside of the shop so we can film that locally and it wouldn't matter where it was located. Also, I know the owner of the shop so hopefully if we ask his permission, we will be allowed to film in there.
